Description
The fearsome foursome continue their journey west towards Shangri-La, encountering new challenges and new adventures along the way. Their legend precedes them, but not always in the way one might expect. The Minus Wave that apparently drove all the youkai in the land mad looks like it might have missed one, as Sanzo, Gojyo, Hakkai and Goku meet a lone guardian and the band of children he cares for. Fear and misunderstanding run throughout this particular leg of the journey, including between the members of the Sanzo group!

Story is top, art is gorgeous, exciting three-dimensional characters, great pacing and keeps you hooked.

A great segment through and through. The artistic style is absolutely lovely and fluid, yet mature. The plot is intriguing, deep, and contains new revelations.
And of course, plenty of great funny moments!

Things are really heating up in Saiyuki Reload. There are new faces, old faces, a lot of fighting, many flashbacks, and tons of extras.
The art is a great improvement. The art in Saiyuki Reload is gorgeous and has come a long way from Gensomaden Saiyuki.
All in all, great manga. ^^

Saiyuki's just soooo totally awesome!!!!! >.< This series is great!!! absolutely recommended! It's just as good as its prequel, which was awesome!!!!
