I just wanted to say, my first thought after reading the description was Where have I seen this plot before...? Oh yeah. EVERYWHERE.
But I'll probably enjoy the manga anyway, so whatevs. Imma go read it now. ^o^
....Well. I haven't seen that bad a translation in awhile. It was a very typical shoujo, and provided exactly what you'd expect from the description - No more, no less. The translation, however, was awful. I could hardly understand it, and while normally this manga would've been a semi-enjoyable, half-decent and extremely cliche little shoujo that left you with a mild fluffy feeling at the end, the bad translation completely sucked what pleasure there might've been out of reading it. So basically, unless another group decided to translate Kawaii Corner's "translation" into something understandable, not worth your time.
However, on the note of bad translations, I am not attempting to bad-mouth Kawaii Corner or their staff with this comment. The impression I get from reading their translation is that it was translated from Japanese to English by someone who's first language was Japanese, but who didn't speak English very well. If you worked on the chapter I read and happen to stumble on my little comment, please don't be offended. There's nothing wrong with a bad translation - it simply means that if you are passionate about scanlating, then you need to work on your skills a bit more before people can understand the manga you've worked so hard to bring us. Good luck! ^^
