I didn't find this manga so dark as the author said that it would be, the stories were especially confusing. What I found most confusing were the final ... For example the first couple: why the Harata was there sitting alone at the end or how much time has passed since they ended up by that he wanted the Morisaka if prevail him? AND in the second the same thing happened ... Don't like to end open.
Art film-like

This is a quite good manga. Sometimes I feel like reading something that's more focused on the ambiance, the interactions of the characters. That's exactly what this is. The art is on the sketchy side, which add to the art film-like ambiance. Not much is told about the characters or the story, which allow us to savor the unspoken through the art. This is more focused on the relationship of the characters, and that makes it quite emotional. I like it when there's nothing much said about their emotions but you can see it through their actions, it makes even more poignant. I was really feeling the pain and happiness they go through. Both the stories are good, each on a different tone, which is nice. But they're both on the realistic side, which is a big plus for me. So I really recommend this one if you don't mind the sketchy art.
