The sight of Kuroko holding a plush teddy bear is definitely the best thing about this doujinshi. The rest of it on the other hand isn't as rewarding unfortunately. Kise was being way too childish and whiny and KiKuro as a couple didn't have much chemistry at all. So yeah without the art there just wouldn't be much merit left to this.
