Description
In a world where almost everyone has a supernatural power, Yang Xi swore to avenge his beloved sister and make those who hurt her pay for their sins. With this in mind, he started snatching others' supernatural powers through his own power; growing from a greenhorn in combat to being the leader of a plane-spanning organization. With a combination of strength and strategy, he destroyed the dark forces one after the other, gradually collecting 999 types of powers. Eventually he becomes the king of supernatural powers whom everyone has to look up to!

Chapter 250 is the final and…
I have to say, reading this manga using MTL isn't too much worse than reading the translation from chapter 100 or so onwards.

The current translation is jam-packed with errors. You can get the _gist_, but it's hardly different from a machine translation.
So maybe that's why the story is inconsistent at times? We're told one thing, and then in a later chapter, the opposite is the case. Whatever. It wouldn't explain the inconsistent and chaotic art. In the most recent chapters, it's hard to tell what is even happening, as the perspective jumps around in location and time. The only thing that's consistent is that all women are drawn as if they're smuggling cantaloupes, so if that's your thing, here you go.
It's hard to tell if the story is going anywhere. There's always a stronger enemy, the scale only increases. And it's so slow updating, if it IS going somewhere it's not going to get there any time soon.

- I really enjoy the spin of how the MC uses his cheat skill. Definitely a bit more developed on a common Weak > Strong trope: OP'd MC building his own clan/org to dominate a chaotic world.
- Good art

- Pacing is alright; fast enough story progression
- Fairly predictable
- Characters seem to have pretty little depth; no real character development

Content wise it depends on the reader. If this is your first time reading this type of manga where the MC grows from weak to strong by stealing abilities, yeah it is fresh, otherwise ... It will feel very familiar. But let's face it, this type of storyline is quite easy to think up of, and it might or might not be a copy of other series.
However, the progression is extremely, extremely scripted. The MC manages to be successful time after time and every single event somehow is necessary for the next "very difficult situation".
The only thing it has going for it is the art, which is not bad. Otherwise.... It's really boring.
