I have only finished volume 3 when writing this review.
It's what they call “otome rape harem” on 4chan. The protagonist ends up in a coma at the start, wakes up in the future where earth has since collided with another dimension and is told that he's the last human and must give birth to the babies of four conveniently attractive beastmen since those babies will have the power to slay wicked gods. “No” is not an option of course. — This is very much a title where many of the sex scenes are noncon or dubcon and I very much appreciate that.
The art is absolutely beautiful and the sex scenes are very well drawn as well: censorship wise the genitals aren't visible and always hidden behind something, and no nipples are drawn but apart from that everything is visible and it does a very good job of showing how the protagonist feels about it and they are honestly very good, and varied.
The plot is certainly not bad either and the harem members are given a lot of backstory that often serves to humanize them and explain their situation and the world. Though I have to admit that as good as the plot is, not much has really happened in those three volumes. In fact, almost nothing has actually happened except sexual progress but by way of flashbacks much of the situation of the world has been explained.
The character designs are mostly very nice. Unlike, say, Diabolik Lovers where most characters are dressed in the same clothes with the same boring haircuts, they all have different, fancy robes, elegant long hair in intricate haircuts and I'm very much a fan. Of course each harem member has a different personality: One is kind, the other is obsessively in love; one is indifferent and somewhat sadistic and one is a bit of a stern authority figure. What I also enjoy is that the title doesn't try to treat all character symmetrically, nor give them even time and all four core harem members very much occupy different places in the story.
But, the treat is that apart from the core harem there is an interesting “side harem” of three more characters, only one of which the protagonist enjoys a sexual relationship with, two of which being the protagonist's assigned servants who have bonded with the protagonist in an almost sibling-like fashion and the scenes between them are honestly very endearing. The other characters also have interactions with each other and watching the stern character play with the two young servants was also very endearing.
Of course, it has the usual problems of isekai that the protagonist seems to adapt too quickly to the fact that all his family and loved ones have been dead for 2 000 years now.
And of course, despite the initial panel suggesting so, there won't be any actual group sex activities, yet again, for whatever reason.
