Ehh it shows its age. A lot of it is rushed and any plot's barely there. At least the art is good, and Mousou Prize! was kinda funny in how it ended.
The story of how these two men hooked up was terribly fast, so much so it ruined the first 3/4 of the prequel. This story, the sequel, is much better. The mangaka took a breath again, and carefully plotted her story, even giving the reader a fun little surprise at the end. The art still shines, and is allowed to shine entirely with the return of a steady plot beat.
