It's really toxic... I wish there was some kind of resolution to all the issues that are occurring in this webtoon because, despite all the crappy things happening, there are some nice characters and funny moments. I loved the moments with Euihyun and his brother, and their neighbor was also really nice. When Taeju isn't being a pos he can be quite funny/caring at times too, but fact of the matter is.. he's doing too many problematic things. It's heartbreaking to see Euihyun being manipulated and messed with in such a way. The story needs to take a drastic turn since it seems their intention is for the two main characters to have an actual romantic relationship.. Hopefully the webtoon artist goes in a different direction for their next work because they really are great with comedy and characterization. I just can't quite enjoy this one as much as I would like to.

Still the best comic in the omegaverse I came across with, despite rape and forced prostitution (they all had at least dub-con).
Euihyun has unique character traits, every chapter I discover something new and fascinating about him.
Euiyoung is a kid to die for, and seeing him with his brother makes me wanna protect them.
I love Taeju too but I'm still waiting for him to get his act straight... Environment do not help much except for his parents. It's bizarre why they didn't have as much impact on his morals as they should, hope we will learn more later.

The story is DARK. There is nothing romantic about it at all. If you are looking for a tragic story with decent, realistic drama, it’s a passable read…

Right now we are on season two and the relationship is slowly progressing. I wish the author did not use dub-con/non-con as a start of the relationship but .

It features a debt-motivated relationship between a poor omega and ganster (?) alpha who helps him with his debt. Also features an unconventional fighter persona type omega with a brother he needs to care for. The characters, writing and smut are great...It does feature some heavy scenes (attempted suicide, r*pe, dub-con, non-con) so be carefuly when picking up the story.

I have seen that the author wants to finish the story in 90 or 100 chapters which....seems a good estimate but we have yet to see the relationship become a healthy one and the loser dad has only been sneaked peeked in this season 2 so I guess we will see him towards season 3. If season 1 had 29 chapters, that means that each season will have more or less 30 chapters based on them wanting to finish it around 90 or 100 chapters.

I would like to say more positives: the story and their relationship starts out incredibly toxic. SO SO toxic. But throught the two seasons it develops better in a linear manner. Another positive is that the alpha late never beats the omeg even though the omega is the fighter type. Also I appreciate the author never leaving us with an actual cliffhanger at the end of season 1 and 2! So many just end the season so dramatically with a scene that makes you go "noooo omg what's going to happen next? I have to wait months for the new season? ?" (I'm looking at you Under the Green Light LMAO)

I can't help it—I love this kind of story. The main relationship in this story is founded on manipulation, coercion, and plain old rape. It's not a healthy relationship, and it's not exactly portrayed as one, but it also seems headed towards a classic "rape-to-love" scenario. You definitely need to disconnect from real-world ethics to enjoy this.

That being said, if you're into that kind of thing, this is a pretty good one! The MC/omega is strong willed, and the alpha/aggressor may be a scumbag by real world standards, but within the bounds of the story I kind of like him. Both characters are certainly more interesting than a lot of generic alpha/omega characters I've encountered.

But with this kind of story, the smut is what really matters, right? And the smut here is pretty good.

you'll love it if you're into non-con

The word consent doesn't exist in this story at all. Every single encounter is coerced, forced and unwanted. The alpha is actually trying to turn the omega to prostitution. It is just tragic on so many levels.
