There is a magical power to kill or injure people simply by wishing to do so. Unlike psychic powers, magical powers that only harm humans born are innate, or suddenly develop without any context. Such people who develop the power are a deadly threat to society, so they are gathered by the government to Tsukinomi Village, a town not shown on any maps, commonly known as Jugai. There, battles between them are waged. This is the story of the battle between the spellcasters, centering on two girls, Kasane and Yuana!
