Description
The mighty Medicine Faction has fallen to the evil hands of the Venom Clan. As they travel across the land, taking out each clan under the faction, Zhen Ziqiang becomes a test subject for the Elder of the Venom Clan. After being injected with various poisons, Ziqiang rises from the depths of hell as an Asura. Full of anger, he escapes and begins to plan his revenge as the sole survivor of his faction. Now, his goal is to destroy the entire Poison Faction and give them a taste of their own venom.

It has an okay MC, he is very serious, hard working and very strong willed. He isn't dumb, which is a plus, but he somewhat lacks charm. I'm going to forget forever I read about him in a week.
The main villain is a Joker like being and is pretty interesting. Actually, there are multiple interesting villains in the story, this is one of the better parts.
The main plot... exists, it hasn't advanced much to become a focal point.
The fights aren't bad, but not remarkable. I already can't recall any.

This MC has one of the most tragic origin stories in manwha. Revenge drives him more than anything and I think he deserves it. He was pretty weak before, but he is finally a threat to murim. Still, I would have dropped this years ago if not for villain in this series. This villain is the best in any webtoon I have ever read. I'm not sure what he wants from MC. Does he hate him or does he love him (a real PSYCHO). There has been so many twist to this series that I do not know what will happen next. I know that either way be it the good guy or bad guy I keep getting entertained.
The protagonist wants to enact revenge against the people that binged the downfall of his sect, and later all medical sects, but in the beginning, he lacks the necessary power and information to do that, so he'll need to work on it, problem is that most these people are very influential in the murim, adding another layer of difficulty there.
He has allies, but they're mostly temporary due to the danger associated with his task, he's mostly alone or with a very small amount of people with him.
Another worthwhile line note is that you'll need to get used to the feeling that while the protagonist wins most of his battles, he is losing the overall war, and while he's not dumb, he's basically always dancing to the antagonist(s) tune for most of the time.

Everyone is just an evil psycho for no reason. MC is just a vengeance psycho - Batman without the character development. The main antagonist is a chaotic evil psycho - Joker without the wit.
Pick any random episode, and it will have a higher body count than the entire seven-season run of Game of Thrones.
Gruesome massacres of entire families/villages/clans of innocent people are kind of like pepper in cooking. A little bit makes your story exciting. More makes it darn spicy. But you can’t make a dinner with pepper as your only ingredient. People will get numb to it. They’ll get disgusted.

The plan of the villain protagonist is just convoluted and ridiculous. And yes I consider Mangryo the protagonist at this point. The original MC is pretty much just there to make pikachu face to his insane plan.
Was a good revenge story for say the first 20 or 30 chapters. However it soon started going downhill after that when the author decided that the old man bad guy Mang Ryo would have more plot armor and ass pulls than all the characters combined in the story, even the MC.
Gets boring seeing Mang Ryo survive encounter after encounter and all his plans fall into place so easily each time. It's like he's the only character with a brain in the story. I expect he'll be the end boss so he'll be in the story for the entirety which means this is getting booted to the curb. Had potential but is wasted on a gary stu bad guy.
It gets worse later on.

Another main baddie gets away after getting hit with a poisoned needle through the eye that should have killed them almost instantly. They fly off into the sunset, alive. I can let the asspull power up the MC got because well it's deserved but lowering rating even further now.

Well I LOVE THE ACTION scenes I like how skilled the mc is in p0isons. And that's all.. idk like the mc he doesn't have he's own character just a r0bot for révenge and it's Kinda disapp0inting I've expect a lot of but then the old psych0 old man seems the one who Will control him until the end . Actually it's kinda wéird when he's the mc but the old man seems like the original because he control all the plot that will going to happen hays. And also I hate ann0ying hárem of girl characters it's not my cup of tea so bye

Thankfully, this is a revenge story whose protagonist is not overpowered for once. Yes, poison can act as an equalizer, allowing him to take revenge on the sects that wronged him; but that requires preparation, and clever setups, and is therefore much more entertaining than dumb "I'm stronger than all of you combined" fights.
That by itself would already make for a good story, but what elevates it to a whole other level is the presence of a delightfully two-faced antagonist whose constant scheming drives the story forward.

This manhwa does not suit my taste as it contain some psycho-maniac elements
