Yoshizawa Kano, an idol otaku, and Kataoka Jiro, a government official, are childhood friends who used to live next door to each other. Kano is secretly in love with Jiro. However, due to the fact that they are 10 years apart, he doesn’t see her as a romantic interest at all.

One day, Kano stayed over at Jiro’s house when he suddenly told her that he has a girlfriend and slowly distanced himself from her... Kano, who feels the distance widening, finally decides to confess her feelings.
