Site not accepting an "add series" request for a new title ("Tsukiko and the Satellite and other stories")

I tried to add "Tsukiko and the Satellite and other stories" (this book https://glacierbaybooks.com/product/tsukiko-and-the-satellite-and-other-stories/) multiple times over the last week but the site doesn't seem to accept it. I've added other stuff before so I know it's not a limitation on my account. Any way someone can look into the add request for me?

What's the other data that you tried to add? Because you're the only one that appears to be running into issues

You can't have the same name in both "Series Name" and "Associated Names"

Is there any particular reason? And shouldn't this be in the description for "associated names"? And shouldn't this at least throw an error instead of just silently accepting the entry? Anyhow, thanks for the feedback, I suppose I will try again...
