I am afraid. If you think about it aging means your body starts to fall apart. But what can we do about. Maybe humans in the future will overcome the aging process. Who knows.

Very. no

Getting wrinkly and senile... gah, I'd rather die when I'm around 40 or 50. Unless I have kids/grandkids, that might change it...

Not really. That's how it's supposed to be.

>Aging complex<

It's for personal reasons, but I'm terrified of aging.
I don't even celebrate my birthday.

Indirectly I am.

I'm more afraid of death, and the fact that I know that these body of mine that I'm cherishing will get eaten by worms anyways. >___>;;

Though it's the journey that matters, folks!

No, I´m not afraid of getting old, and eventully die
because the thing I want most is to get old, sit down in a
rocking chair, smoking my pipe and with the room layed in subdued
light I simply close my eyes and waint for next day to come.

(yeah i know im kinda the embodyment of Sloth) dead
(not ashamed over it thou) biggrin

about aging...
i believe in the saying that goes, "its not about your what your age is, its about how you age".

even though i age 50+ i believe that i can still think and feel what i am thinking right now...fufufufufufufu...i will die young...<but i still dont want to die!!!>

I suppose I am, since at the moment I look extra-young, due to my height and baby face. I got used to people mistaking me for a grade/middle schooler. It's going to be hard growing old, getting more prompt to diseases, disappearing in height.
I don't have a problem with dying, because to my beliefs, dying is winning, but I know that vanity is also a sin...I'm working on it though. D=

Aging, not really. I already act like an old man, I may as well look and feel the part ._.

Death... I think at some level all sane people are.

The thought of losing any sort of mental capabilities does unnerve me a bit though.

You won't be saying that 50 years from now wink

But chyeahhh. I'm not afraid of the aging part, what I'm afraid of is how I will gradually lose/be unable to do the things I once could do. (like touch my toes bigrazz .) And soon become a giant bag of burden. >_>;
And also, I'll have to eventually let myself go. This ol' grandma won't be so hip no more.

Then, my own son/daughter will feel that I'm a burden and put me in a home. eek

I'm in despair!

Nah.
I am not panicking
even now although I
am getting older every second.
It's true that I prolly can't do aerial
after 10 years, but that doesn't matter
that much. As we age, we grow out of
useless fears such as the fear of aging.
You're not afraid that you get separated from your mom
in the local market, are you?

We'll eventually forget about aging
and just continue living. It's only natural
that our cells fail to duplicate perfectly.
There is no reason to
be afraid of aging or dying.
Age comes and goes, life comes and goes.
Life can still be enjoyed even if you can no longer
go to trance parties or twist around the strip pole.
Death comes eventually, but you are alive as long
as it hasn't arrived and when it does, you don't
have time to despair anyway for you are dead,
be it in the materialistic sense I support or in the
spiritual after life sense that I don't. The fear of dying is
a paradox. Quit worrying.

Not really. There aren't even many things I wish I could've done over, either.

Being older presents a different set of challenges from being younger. I'm done with being younger. It's time for the challenges of this age.
