Manga where male MC was about to commit suicide, but was offered by a lady to enter a competition/survival game. Each country had a team. They earn points which can be spent in a safe zone, with VIP lounge, points to buy skills etc.
They also started off with Bronze/Silver/Gold starter packages which gave different starting skills or advantages
