What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

I didn't do it. I didn't realize at the time that it was something that people did around here. I just started posting. No one will ever know anything about me this way. Unless they read my other posts. Then they will know:
Where I live, What I do for a living, My marital status, What I look like ,My blood type, My Height and Eye color, my past jobs and military service, What Manga I like
What I eat and drink, My health.

Good thing I never did an intro

You all acknowledge my existence without an introduction as I do yours. So no, I didn't do a formal intro when I first posted. Then the late intro fad came and I hopped on because everyone else was doing it. biggrin Hey look, now everyone is jumping off bridges........ bigrazz
