what is a qc'ers and what does the postion do?

qc'ers are quality checkers. They basically make sure that nothing is missed in the translation, proofing, and editing of the chapter. In order to be a qc'er you have to have experience with editing a chapter otherwise you won't be able to make the editing corrections that pop up from time to time.
