Mainly depends on the manga. I believe it was volume 3 of Hidamari Sketch that cost 300 sek (around 34 euro or 47 usd) and then the shipping costs and stuff so it went over 400 sek (around 46 euro or 62 usd). No way in hell I'd buy that.
Apparently the reason for that outrageous price was because it was more or less out of print in USA.
No idea about now though as it was 3 months ago I checked.
Otherwise a normal price here in Sweden is around 50-80 sek (around 6 euro or 9 usd) which is quite reasonable. Some are even cheaper.

Prices are tricky as they have a lot to do with: who it's aimed at (aka shojo, shounen, hentai...) and how many pages the manga has. So...
Here in Denmark Naruto costs something like 90,- (danish kroner) = $16 (us dollars).
The prices for "normal" manga go from 75,- and up. Average is close to 95,- for a "normal" manga. When you go into "odd" manga (aka more than 200 pages, colored, not translated or perverted) than the price can be much higher... I've seen one that costs 250,- ($45).
But there are "sales" and websites for used manga, than you can get them for super cheap

In Brazil, the volumes cost R$12 to R$15 (Equal to 6,00~7,50 US Dollars).
They are rather cheap, but they take to long to be launched here (something like a year or two in comparison with the US) and most of them doesn't even come.

In Italy a volume cost from 3,90€ [5,30$] to 5,90€ [8$]
Usually standard versions are 3.90 while deluxe are 4.90/5,90

It can range from £7 - £15 in the UK.
Sometimes you can find a bargain, but it's rare on decent manga.

In the United States:
Most Shojo Beat/Shonen Jump are about 8.99 - 9.99
All others (standard volume size) are 10.99
Omnibus volumes tend to be around $12-14.99
They used to be a dollar cheaper years ago :/

I normally buy through Barnes & Noble's online marketplace sellers so I'll get deals, but seven volumes of Pandora Hearts cost an upside of $50 for me.
