I'm looking for stories with a plot about domestic violence, abusive love and psychological torture. Love stories between perpetrator and victim. I'd prefer a male perpetrator. The victim may be either. In a word I'm looking for that kind of stories which are often frowned upon or questioned in this way: "Why does he/she stay with him? How can he/she forgive him? Come on, it isn't reasonable and now our sense of what consensual decency means risks to rot away..."

The level of physical pain is not as important as the emotional breakdown of the victim, even though pain is of course always a thrill. Actually I'm looking for all relationship-induced angst. Remorse is sexy but not that important.

The manga should have a plot however and not be a potpourri of pornographic scenes. (For that reason I don't like for example Love Prism.) Of course in the best of worlds, the dialogue is smart and the characters convincing, but I know I can't demand that much. Angst is more important than psychological depth! Come on, give me some! (;

Examples of mangas I like: Boy Next Door, End of Youth, Baroque Chrysalis, The Velvet Footbindings, Shinkai no Venus, Cruel God Reigns, Bi no Isu, Let Dai, etc.

Kusatta Rasen, Ibitsu na Kakera and Ouji no Hakoniwa(to a lesser extent) are all by TAKAGI Shigeyoshi(Ogawa Chise is her yaoi pen name) and are slightly graphic

I really did appreciate in particular Caste Heaven by Ogawa Chise. Unfortunately I am not a big fan of incest so many of your recommendations were lost on me.

Any one else who has some heartbreaking violence to recommend? Need not be yaoi.
