i am sorry everyone but this is wrong... the tokyopop publishing house is just a little delayed over translating it that is why it is taking a long time for it to be published... the 7th volumes will be on August-October according to my source...

What kind of question is that? Did you even click on the link and read it?

And actually, they CAN just suddenly drop the series if they wish to. They've done it before...so whats stopping them from doing it again?

ยง Correction 8/13: These titles were announced as cancelled by a Tokyopop distributor, but ToykoPop has not announced them as cancelled as of yet:

this is from the same source ANN used. And btw volume 7 is being sold on amazon (usually ships 2-5 weeks confused). So is it canceled or not?! I'm confused.....

It just means that tokyopop is not releasing in bookstores. but that doesn't mean it's not gonna be on amazon.

click for some hope

This article says that some titles were merely postponed. I don't know if this applies to all of the titles that were listed as canceled.

I have an even later piece of news as of October 2008.
You can find it here.

According to the story in Publishers' Weekly comics blog, The Beat, Tokyopop's associate publisher, Marco Pavia, said that they haven't dropped any titles, only "adjusted the release pattern of certain series". (and this news came from ICV2 even before PW, here.)

No updates since then that I know of, but it is worrisome that Tokyopop just laid off 8 more employees (Dec. 18th or so, I believe.)
