Take a Cold shower and assume a meditating position (like the monks on a waterfall)

Take a long WALK and talk to myself (and have a conversation with my own inner voices... some times out loud)

I relax by falling asleep while listening to Govi or the Soundtrack in the anime of Emma

i listen to instrumental/classical music.
NOT Orchestra.. or such, i mean songs with a specific instruments. I mostly listen to the piano, violin and any other string instruments like such.

I relax by just taking a deep breath and just think about the past present and future and all the events that took place. Some are good and others I wish I could forget. But the good time and thinking about how I will act out current situations in my mind always relaxes me. And the bad times always push me to be a better person, show me how much I have grown and how I have such a long way to go.

lie down in the park behind our house and stare at clouds and make pictures out of them.

I take a really long, long, long hot shower.

Or I put on my pjs and a hoodie, then cuddle-up on the couch and read a book, while drinking some hot tea.

Or do the same as above, except watch old-school movies/tv shows.

I find computer games, meditation, anime/movies, and manga to be very relaxing when I'm stressed.

I sleep...

Turn on my computer, open up a few windows, read fanfic, listen to music, and Im friends. But usually I just listen to music and write or read some manga.

Lay in the dark, listen to music, drink hot tea, or get a very hot bath/shower.

I read manga and listen to music. Or I go over to a friends house and read books. x3

I listen to some of my favorite music, curl in my bed and fall asleep. If that doesn't work, I drink hot chocolate.

Ahh relaxing.

It has been a while since i've been able to relax

Thing is, with me, I'm never relaxed because my mind is always on what has to be done, and I'm lazy, so they never get done

The only way I can relax is sorting out all the things i'm worrying about, then getting out of the country for a holiday and laze around on the beach all day
