What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)

I've only seen the anime (Dub, Vic Mignogna being in it is what got me to start it, I'm a huge Vic fangirl) and I loved it! A hilarious touch of shounen-ai and it was super adorable. biggrin

i do!!! i was first introduced by the anime. thankfully i saw the subbed version and not the dubbed. now i've slowly started to read the manga.
