Since I don't read a lot of shoujo/josei, I don't encounter one-shots. This single time I did, though, with Futari Ecchi, I was pretty confused as to whether it is the same story or not, and I didn't like its timing.

Omake, extra chapters, 4-koma, and author's notes (although sometimes it is unclear whether they are the mangaka's or the editor/translator's), when appropriately placed, such as at the end of volumes, I would usually take a look at them right away.

Overall, if I grow fond of a title, I would eventually get to everything related to it some day, including anime & visual novel adaptations (as long as I am able to understand them).

I think extras are fun, and unless they're for a smut (that isn't Yoshihara Yuki), I'll read them with delight.

I clear my cache and cookies often, and this has been happening for months.

It's most likely a problem on my end, I'm still using Firefox 3.6. I'll update... someday. *or just use Chrome, which I do have installed actually*
