by gender swap do you mean only dressing up as the opposite sex or actual physical swapping?

Dressing up like the opposite sex would be cross dressing, not a gender swap

I'm a guy and NO. I like girls, but not so much that I'd want to be one, even temporarily. There could only be for a few reasons for wanting something like that, like if you're gay or desperately want to grope some tits. Any guy who says they'd do it purely for the experience just wants to feel up a woman's body, the lying, desperate bastards. Masturbating would just be weird and I probably wouldn't do it... ok, maybe a finger. And I'd never get laid. As a man in a woman's body, I wouldn't want anything inside me... aside from a finger or two. Then menstruating... fuck that.
The only thing worth while that I can think of would be to pose naked for money (in magazines, not titty bars). If it were to happen to me, that's all I'd do. That and hide from prying eyes. Being a lesbian seems bland (sorry lesbians). Only so much can be done and none of it interests me.

As a leprechaun individual I find myself highly uncertain of how exactly I should vote, if any of the options even fit.

It's permanent, and you have the desires of your new gender. Enjoy getting railed guys,

"I'm a girl, yes"
I've always wondered how is it like to be friends and make friends without all sorts of backstabbing, spreading of malicious rumors and bullying/snubbing. Apparently. Since that was what one of my guy friends pointed out to me while we were discussing the differences between how different genders view/treat their friendships.
Secondly... Females have to walk in heels/pretty looking shoes that kills our toes and have to up early just to put on make-up and do our hair... It'll be nice to just not do these sort of things for once, and just walk out in comfortable clothes and shoes.
Only problem I can foresee is that if I turn into a guy...Which gender would I like??

i want to change into a guy every time my time of the month is near so i dont have to deal with that shitty pain. and being a guy seems awesome, i dont have to shave to wear shorts and nobody will bat an eyelid. and of course i would love to travel around with just a backpack and a bike without fearing for my safety.

I'm a girl and yes. It would be a worthwhile experience. Though I'm sure I want all the awkward situations that come from it.
More than that, I'm amused how most girls would want to do it but most guys wouldn't! If I was a psychology/sociology major, I could probably write a paper on that.

"I'm a girl, yes" If its reversible.
I wouldn't mind seeing how the other half lives. My job would probably be easier too. But I don't know what I'd honk if I didn't know what was going on. Or if it was permanent.
As to why there are more male->females in manga... More mangaka are male. It's easier for them to imagine.

I'm a guy, yes.
I always wondered what being female is like and being a girly guy anyway (personality, not looks) it would kind of suit me I guess lol
I guess most guys vote no because they fear of losing their "masculinity"

Well I'm a guy, and yes I would like to experience gender-swap. But one condition, I must become genuine female. If I won't be able to have kids there is no point...
And this is optional but would be really nice to have. Marry a prince and become a princess...

I'd like to try it for the experience. The same as trying zero-g or playing in a perfectly simulated virtual world, though true gender bender does look impossible (brains and memories don't work as in Kaiba after all). It's always interesting to see other points of view. Permanent? If you can go one direction, you can also go the other, so I assume it would be temporal always or could depend of your will. I'm a guy and I don't have a problem with it, but trying the other side would be interesting and enriching in any case.
