Worst SHOUNEN Cliche

The shoujo had one so I thought it was time the shounen had one as well. And to start it off I will go with the first one. I dislike the cliche with all main characters that you must never kill/harm anyone, even people who either kidnapped the girl, slaughtered the village or even burned a city. MUST NEVER KILL!

Don't forget the one loophole to that one, the rarely used nice hair clause. As long as your angsty and your hair is damn cool, you however badass you please(the gay kid from airgear, sasuke to name a few)

How about, "no matter how weak and lame you are, if the girl you like is there, you will do better than anyone ever." It works even better if she cheers for you.
Conversely, if she cheers for your rival, you're screwed, but usually she will notice you and comfort you after your defeat if that happens.
Life is tough......but it's tougher if you're stupid.

I dunno if this counts as a shounen cliche, but I detest harems (like Love Hina).

Worst shounen cliche---it does not matter how unintelligent or untalented you are. If you are really motivated and dedicated and you put more effort into the task than anyone else, you will be the victor.
This is not how the real world works, but it is how every single shounen manga works, especially the ones that involve fighting or other contests of skill.
I think maybe they produce this propaganda to encourage Japanese kids to study their brains out. "See, if you work hard like X in the manga, you can be the best in your class, the way that he became the best fighter."

What i hate the most is complete wuss male main character.I don't mean if the character delope and become brave at all,I mean those wuss that stay wuss over 10 to 15 volume of manga.

Ive got another one, bad guy steal girlfriend/love interest, girl ends up serving bad guy until damn near the end, much like Rebirth, and Shin Angyo Onshi.

What about the one which goes, As long as there is something worth fighting for i can keep fighting. That gets hella annoying, for example some of the fights in Hajime no Ippo and especially DBZ where its with almost every single enemy they fight.

I hate the usual wimpy, spinless guy who can't say a proper sentence to a girl he likes , even if he has defeated dozens of enemies, every hot girl in his near has confessed his love for him... Ahh I hate them so much everytime I read a manga with such a wimp in it, I want to bang my head on my desk. And I think it's all because of Love Hina that there a so many of them.

I hate the cliche that the strongest fighters in the world are about 15 years old and just graduated from junior high.

Yup, can't forget those gangs. They are an awful annoyance, but with a bit of training they are the stongest fighting force on earth

Ah!! I agree whole-heartedly on that one! That's what turns me off on a lot of shounens. I thought guys liked that kinda thing >.<!
The upward incline of seemly unbeatable foes that the hero does beat. I get so tired of that but some how I keep watching or reading.

Yup yup, I always think "Please shoot me now" when one appears.
Another things is that when a half/fully naked girl falls on the protagonist and
gives him an upper cut that sends him spinning like roflcopters to the sky.
