i like going on as it is with no one because it just isn't as fun with the romance in it. tamaki made a huge change though, i think he's probably the most likely now that he's not completely, just mostly, retarded. i still prefer hikaru because his less retarded though.

I like tamaki and haruhi because they look cute together, plus when he gets serious you can see how much he cares for her, even though he is blocking it out the same as her, if she feels tamaki is annoying that means she is especially aware of him.

Honestly, I really feel that her and Kyouya would understand and respect each other the best. I love her relationship with the twins though, but only as the best of friends. I can't see Tamaki being a very realistic type of guy. Sure he's got his moments, but Kyouya is my choice by far.

It's pretty obvious that the series will end with Haruhi coupled up with Tamaki.
I prefer Hikaru though =(

Haruhi should end up w/ Hikaru 4 many reasons..the 1st ebing that Ouran had such an interesting storyline that was so different that I feel will be ruined if she ended w/ the typical guy(meaning Tamaki) I have nothing against the guy, but I would like to see Bisco Hatori take a risk and let Haruhi stay w/ Hikaru(or anyone else besides Tamaki 4 that matter)...Somewhere someone said that they didn't think that Haruhi should stay w/ Hikaru because he's selfish and kinda bratty, but i think that thanks to him realizing that he likes Haruhi, he's started to amture, cus since they are 16, well 16 yr olds are sometimes bratty and selfish, besides, who really meets "the one" at 16? It would be cool if Haruhi gave Hikaru a chance then if later she was reunited w/ Tamaki and found herself liking him again, well then that would be different, since it has happened, ppl move on and then years later find themsleves falling 4 somebody from their past..and even tho i know thats not gonna happen..i can dream, right?

I thought the whole plot of the story started with Haruhi breaking the vase and now she owes the Host Club a debt, so that's the reason she started working for them. So far, it hasn't been mentioned that her debt has been paid, because that's not the focus anymore... kinda like Love Hina lost it's focus when Kietaro started falling for Naru instead of focusing on finding his "childhood dream girl." T.T So... e-yah... Besides, romance does add to the plot of Ouran right now, because once she has paid her debt, she technically doesn't have to stay with the boys anymore... So yeah... @_@ Yes, I want the series should go on for a little while longer! I could care less how long it is and I'm usually really picky with manga lengths!! >_< Digressing, and to answer the original question...I prefer Tamaki... and with the way the direction obviously is going, she's going to want to end up with him. Besides, all the Hikaru fans can fight over each other if that happens, HA HA! ^.^ As for the ending... I have no idea... it could literally go anywhere!!!

i think its quite obvious since the start that haruhi would end up with the main guy...tamaki. but i still like hikaru more, (lol that's probably my preference coz hikaru is just too cute! >< he's got that aura) so i'm gona cling to my futile hope and vote for hikaru. lols. though the story would make more sense if its a haruhiXtamaki ending.
