Do you have more dreams or nightmares?
Dreams. The only nightmares I've had lately are things like my taking exams and forgetting to study.

How do you make sure you are already awake?
I don't...If anything, I sometimes wake up in the middle of a dream and then go back to sleep with the faint knowledge that I'm dreaming, but my main focus at that point is to concentrate on the dream so it doesn't go away (I have nice dreams).

Best/worst dream you ever had?
Hmm, best is a very simple one in which two kids jumped on a guy's boat, and they battled pirates together. I found it interesting. Worst...probably a nightmare from when I was a kid, I was in a slippery red helicopter, and the floor kept breaking off and falling piece by piece.

Oh, and I dream every night or so.

When I have dreams they're usually repetitive.
Other than that they're usually based on something that's happened in the past or something completely random with nothing to do with me, maybe another persons life.

They say I say stuff in my sleep. Anyhow, when I wake up, I usually recall something from dreamland.

For instance, last night had some president in my dream. V_V

- do you have more dreams or nightmares?
--I haven't had a nightmare in ages....

-how do you make sure you are already awake?
--When I wake and see myself in between my sheets, I know I'm back to the waking world.

-best/worst dream you ever had?
--Can't recall a perfect dream, though one about an ex was interesting.
--A bad dream I recall was a few years ago, when hospitalized.

almost never. i used to dream more when i was younger... sometimes i wake up with the feeling that i had a vivid dream but don't know what it was about... but that hardly counts. if i do dream they are like stories with me as the main character... it's pretty strange, i am not always me in my dreams, sometimes i am a little kid, a teenage boy... even a middle aged man... !!

it's not a bad thing, not dreaming. i am always very assured after watching scary movies because i know i won't have nightmares about them haha

do you have more dreams or nightmares? i can't really tell, my dreams are kind of a bit of both...
how do you make sure you are already awake? i don't.
best/worst dream you ever had? my favorite dream was where i had telekinesis. that was awesome. another cool one was where i could fly and control the weather, haha

worst dream... i could pick some scary ones, but i've dreamt a few times about my father dying and woke up with tears in my eyes on both occasions, that just really sucked

Do you have more dreams or nightmares?
-Both, I tend to have better dreams when I'm sleep deprived before going to bed...

How do you make sure you are already awake?
-In my dream I close my eyes, always worked for me so far.

Best/worst dream you ever had?
-When I can't separate dream and reality after waking up (happens from time to time...)

I think I dreamt last night. I can't recall.

And, I don't have them often.

I know I dream because I always wake up with frayed threads of it clinging to my mind. I just have no idea what i dream about, those threads always scatter and disappear the moment I try to catch them.

• do you have more dreams or nightmares?
dreams, rarely nightmares
I have very creepy dreams but rarely nightmare
nightmares come to me about once every few years
• how do you make sure you are already awake?
i don't know...I just know? The feeling of dreams and reality are very different..
It's just the feeling...dreams feels like anything impossible can happen, it gives off the feeling of day-dreaming/wishful thinking
but reality is a bit stiff..I can't really explain it
• best/worst dream you ever had?
best dream I have none..I like all my dreams even though most of them are kind of creepy
worst dream is my first nightmare(in fourth grade)...where I was running though an endless path with only doors and streets where the scenery keeps changing(like alice in wonderland) and bodiless, rotting flesh, and man-eating people were trying to eat me..

I used to dream often, but recently I can't recall any of my dreams, nor do I remember waking up remembering anything either.

I'm not dreaming tonight that's for sure. It's 5 past 6 in the morning and I haven't slept at all. My alarm's going to go off in 25 minutes anyway...Well at least I'll be on time for Uni, for once.

Everyone has about 5-7 dreams a night. It occurs during REM sleep. So however may times you go through REM sleep is how many dreams a night you have. However, remembering dreams now that's something different. ( I can't remember why you don't remember your dreams ... or maybe it's still unknown. I think it may be because dreams happen with your subconscious, and your conscious mind doesn't talk well with your subconscious. Again my thoughts.)

I'll take "How often do you have dreams?" to be how often do you remember them.

I actually remember my dreams often. I try to remember them too. I make sure to focus on them and try to remember as many detail before getting out of bed. I then continue to replay it in my head to continue remembering. (After about half a day of keeping replaying in my head, or writing it down. That's when it's okay for me to stop focusing on them.)
During times when I wake up in a shock I forget my dreams quickly. Or when I have to get out of bed quickly because I have to do something right away, sadly I tend to forget my dreams.
Other times I don't remember my dreams is when I was sleep deprived, and had a very heavy sleep that night. *sigh* I hate it when I forget my dreams.
Maybe that's why I remember so many of them, because I try to remember them.

♦ Do you have more dreams or nightmares?
Dreams

♦ How do you make sure you are already awake?
.... never had a dream that felt that real .... I always knew it was a dream. So I know I'm actually awake because I woke up.

♦ Best/worst dream you ever had?
Best .... not sharing or more I can't share here because it's not PG13 >.>
Worst .... can't share. it's too messed up for others to know. biggrin

I dream pretty often, but forget the contents of many of them when I wake up, even if I do remember I dreamt. Mostly this happens when I am woken up forcefully. For eg. when an alarm rings or my mom shouts at me to wake up. If I have a normal sleep then I feel confused when awake wondering where the dreamland went.

1.Do you have more dreams or nightmares?
Dreams.

2.How do you make sure you are already awake?
blink my eyes a few times and confirm that I am in my bedroom.

3.Best Dream.
I could fly and teleport. There are two worlds and whenever I reached the boundary between them - zap! I was transported to the other world, where I had many friends who were mostly animals, witches, centaurs etc. The best part was that I could fly. I flew among the clouds with my various friends, and it was exhilarating. Wish I could fly in real life.

4.Worst Dream/nightmare-
I was being chased by a huge yellow snake with brown spots(kind of life a giraffe) which wore a red cap and was skateboarding on a red skateboard. It feels ridiculous when I imagine it now, but I was scared out of my wits while dreaming.

• do you have more dreams or nightmares?
Maybe dreams, since I don't consider dreams involving ppl dying or ghosts as nightmare..
• how do you make sure you are already awake?

• best/worst dream you ever had?
umm.. not any in particular.

I dream only about thrice a month.

? do you have more dreams or nightmares?
More dreams.

? how do you make sure you are already awake?
I don't need to. I just know I am.

? best/worst dream you ever had?
Best ones are the ones where I have superpowers.
My worst dream was the one where I fell in an abyss.

I have this recurring dream ever since I was a child. I keep dreaming that I'm in a volleyball court and it was very dark. My face was very near the net and I was viewing everything through it. It's just that. Nothing special happens but I dream it every once in a while and I do wonder why.

Also I have a recurring dream theme, it's always like this: I can fly but always I have difficulty stopping. And i have to circle around a bit to stop. Sometimes when I dream with this flying theme, I'm a superhero. But more often it is just that flying with difficulty in stopping. And when I wake up I feel tired as ifI really felt the effort to stop my flying.
