For instance: I never forget the scene (within the first chapters) were they try to get people into their team, his methodes are just way to cool (from just dragging someone along to blackmailing, everything is included...) :-D

Sai from Naruto.
Reading one friendship book at a time is what makes me think Sai is awesome though he hardly makes appearances. I like that he tried really hard to make friends.
