12 Kingdoms - I've watched it more than a dozen times. so that's atleast once a year I've watched it since 2002. My dvd's are all starting to fall apart.
A more recent one is Toradora, and both seasons of Higurashi.
....you know what? I'm tired of explaining this one. But yes, it is fun to rewatch. As is Animaniacs, Loony Tunes and Batman the Animated Series
