What happened to the 4-koma category?
There were definitely at least 400 series with that tag... but now there are only 10!
Was there a reason for this (if so, please tell me what it is)? If not, I hope this can be undone easily... A significant amount of time went into looking up the info and tagging a lot of those series... I don't mind spending the time or the effort, but if it all goes bloop... that, I mind, so please explain...
If this was a mistake and there's no easy way to restore things, just let me know and I'll do my best to re-add the tags where they used to be... I guess...

It might have been a mistake on the part of the individual that erased it. I looked and there are no more numbers that referred to ummm pairings for doujinshi. If there was a discussion to remove those that I am unaware of, this could have been the cause.

Edit: Could there be an addition to the way categories are altered in the edit log: such as, when a category is deleted or altered in any way, it will record that alteration and who altered it.

Are 'Adventure', 'Drama', 'Gender Bender', 'Historical References', 'Mecha', 'Mystery', 'Psychological', 'School Life', 'Slice of Life', 'Sports', 'Supernatural Elements' and 'Tragedy' categories allowed to exist, when there are already 'Adventure', 'Drama', 'Gender Bender', 'Historical', 'Mecha', 'Mystery', 'Psychological', 'School Life', 'Slice of Life', 'Sports', 'Supernatural' and 'Tragedy' genre tags?

Someone changed "Enemies become Friends" to "FDSF".

Every series in FDSF except for Naruto had "Enemies become Friends" added to their category... but no longer does.

And the current "Enemies become Friends" was changed from "Emo".


These changes need to be recorded... and by whom.

Also, "Friend Becomes Enemy" could be combined with "Betrayal".

And please remove "Boys behaving badly"... that is a stupid category... which is only listed under Naruto.

The advanced search option regarding categories and tags yeilds no search results when used

Issues Resolved

Looks like the issue I previously posted on depends on the tag being used, tags such as Witch/es, Dark Ambience, Steampunk, and others that are more specific tend to return no results

I have a quick question: Is there a difference between the meanings of "anthology" and "Collection of Short Stories/Oneshots" (if so, please tell me so that I can tell them apart), or should they be merged?

Eep! I just wanted to rename "anthology" so that it would be capitalized... but when I renamed it, the whole category disappeared! I'm sorry! I'll try to replace them... I was planning to work on the "Collection..." category sometime anyway (I'll put it all under the "Collection..." tag unless I hear that "anthology" has a different meaning). But I think I understand now how some categories have mysteriously vanished...
More importantly, this is dangerous! Make sure you all don't try to rename a category in this way! (I think it's that only changing capitalization gives a tag with the same characters as already existed, so this produces an error.)

Bees? Why is there a bees category

My understanding was that an anthology is a compilation of works by various authors and a collection is a compilation of stories by one author. I looked up some definitions and some make a distinction between an anthology and collection while others use the term interchangeably. Personally, making the distinction between a collection by multiple authors or by a single author doesn't matter to me and I would be fine lumping everything into the "collection" category.

On another note, what is "find the plot" category?
