I only use 2 passwords: one of them is used only for my email account, the other one is used universally on accounts I made on various sites. Therefore, there is no need to write them down.

If I was a hacker, I would create a topic called "How do you create/choose your passwords?" because knowing whether people write down their passwords or not doesn't really help much. bigrazz

Anyways, I memorize mine. I only have a couple of passwords that I reuse, so I don't really have to write them down. Plus, if I write them down, I'll probably lose them and be constantly paranoid about someone finding them. biggrin

Just memorizing for me. I only have 3 passwords, one to get into my laptop, another for my school account(always manage to forget it though), and a password for ALL of my accounts(that's not good).

I memorize all of my passwords. I don't use the same password more than twice for no particular reason.

Neither. I use KeePass with a password and a key file that I keep exclusively on a USB drive. I just toss unimportant passwords on LastPass though.

Then what about the KeePass password? bigrazz

I memorized that one, but that's literally the only one I have to memorize. none

i have one universal password for random sites and the important passwords are all different and are weird words spelt wrong.

i have then all memorized because what would be the point of spelling passwords wrong then having someone type it in cause they found it on a piece of paper? and my ocd would not stop me from putting a title on the page with the passwords and chart of all the different passwords i use and for which sites i use them for. damn my ocd and love of titles.

I keep the passwords of sites I visit often (MU, Mangafox, Livejournal, Gmail) in memory -- but the rest are stocked up on Last Pass. I could never remember every single username and password; there are just too many of them.

No need to remember them, as (1) I use mostly the same password everywhere and (2) Firefox saves my passwords at home.

I have 6 word passwords that I used and 6 number passwords and about 3 - 4 random ones. I remember them never write down something important and personal for someone else to read.

Lol. I choose passwords that are hard yet memorable. Though, I have bad memory (partly because I have too many accounts on the internet), and I forget ALOT of my passies. For email I always 'remember me' since I practically have nothing to hide. But for blogs and entertainment sites...gah. I usually forget 'em. Not to mention I still password much of my computer folders (yes i do). If I write everything on a paper, my sister will see it and of course everything will be hacked. sad I have at least 10 passwords I use everyday (including my pin code and security code on my phone), and when I forget which to use on where, I usually try to remember all my passwords and try it on one by one. eek Passwords are harder to manage than my unruly hair no
