Romance manga.. Can't remember much except the girl can change to haniwa/jelly

Trying to find a manga with a romance background some few years ago..
The only significant thing is that when the female protagonist is 'frozen' she would change to 'haniwa mode' and later on when she's really happy because of her boyfriend then she become a 'jelly', and there are jokes all over the place related to this 'transformation'.

I remember them being pretty good.
