I'm looking for a manga where the male MC has a wife and kid but cheats on his wife with multiple women, including his boss from work, a friend from highschool, and a girl he met in a club. Eventually he stops but then cheats on his wife with a celebrity chef and his wife finds out. He jumps in front of a train because his wife leaves him, and then he gets amnesia from said incident and gets together with his wife again. I've read this manga before but I forgot the name.
