This week's poll is an unusual one from F_J. He (or she?) mentions that there are many isekai series, of which many have the concept of rebirth. So if you were reborn, would you like to remember your past life? And if so, at what time of your new life would you prefer to remember your past life?

You can submit poll ideas here
http://www.mangaupdates.com/showtopic.php?tid=3903

Previous Poll Results:
Question: Longest time spent reading manga without breaks
Choices:
Less than an hour - votes: 108 (2.1%)
1-2 hours - votes: 468 (9.1%)
3-4 hours - votes: 1056 (20.5%)
5-6 hours - votes: 1094 (21.2%)
7-8 hours - votes: 712 (13.8%)
9-10 hours - votes: 337 (6.5%)
11-12 hours - votes: 219 (4.2%)
More than 12 hours - votes: 1159 (22.5%)
There were 5153 total votes.
The poll ended: December 2nd 2017

I should've included more options for more than 12 hours...

Interesting question. I went with "child". Somewhere around age 6-8.
I would want to remember it pretty early on so I could apply the lessons I learned in my past life to my new one. I wouldn't want it to be too early because I feel like it'd be too much knowledge for a baby to handle...
I almost went with teenager, but as a teen you'd already have to deal with puberty, so I feel like it'd be bad to layer all of this stuff on top of that.
Plus, if you gained all of that life experience early on, imagine how much good you could do, how much more knowledgeable you could get. You would also have more experience in stuff like dating, which would help you once you DID get to be a teenager and whatnot.

As a child (toddler to preteen). This is the best time to start your development and orchestrating 'The Plan', you have for your future and probably correct/change some past scenario while at it. Why be late, No?!
On the other hand anything less, which is being a baby is too much of a hard work.
Oh! The horror, when your body can't physically support yourself and your tummy is loose. LoL

I personally am totally satisfied with my current life and it's in my nature to say, "Fuck It!" and regret NO decision I make. (Being lazy helps with some of that, I mean it's such a bother.)
So, if it's not new life, but a relife then I would like to change small things like Looking at my nutrition intake, as a kid I was rather picky, thus being the petite figure I'm now. Few inches taller and twice the muscles (slim muscular natural body, like a martial artist or mid-weight MMA fighters, about 80-90 kg) would be my goal, having a flexible body like I currently have is must. Knowledge acquisition is must but not drastic changes which will lead to getting new, while loosing old. For example I absolutely don't wanna loose my current row of friends.

As a child (toddler to preteen). It would be very confusing otherwise if i got my mental faculties back but couldnĀ“t walk and so on. The best possible moment would be one day before school starts.

I picked teenager because if my rebirth was with a crazy family or in some other bad situation, I could always just get up and leave. Best years would be between 14-16, I could fix some mistakes (i.e. enough time to up grades in high school to passing) or do anything else.

A baby with an adult mind would be torture, involuntary bodily functions. Young Adult would be weird, because I would be placed in who knows what job situation with who knows what resume. Hopefully, I would be working a job similar to what I am now, but if I was not, man what would I do. Middle age would be scary, what if I had kids?! Besides that, I can't see any benefits with suddenly being older in another person's body.

Depends on the circumstances of the rebirth - if the world is sufficiently perilous, then ASAP, to take advantage of advanced knowledge and ability to think, but if everything is OK, then it is best to do it during the teenage/young adult phase.

I chose "I wouldn't want to remember", just cause it may make me reminisce you know? And I can't even remember what I did 5 years ago, so having memories of an entire life cycle's going to hurt my head... Lol

I went with baby myself.... however...

There'd be a danger too. Let's assume for a minute reincarnation was an actual possible thing, where we are reborn into another world, or this one...

Would you REALLY want to remember your previous life? Sure, it might be great for the upper class, however you'd risk getting stuck in the same "rut" of your previous.

I know a couple people myself who is worry about if that was their reality. Not so much the relife, but more the. Why the hell should I care, I'm gonna bust everyone up that crosses me attitude, I'll get another life anyways...
