What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

So I remember I read this chinese manhua a long time ago and I can't remember it name now. It was about cosmetic surgery I think and the cover had a girl with one side of her eyelids and mouth being pulled by hooks or something. Anybody have any idea what the manhua is??
