What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

So I read an ongoing manga years ago and I'm having serious trouble finding it! It was about a high school girl with black hair and tan guy that date and bicker a lot and even have punched each other, sometimes accidentally.
