What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

Thanks for the suggestions! Seishun Away looks adorable and I'm getting really into Warau Kanoko-sama and the sequel Koi dano ai dano - Tsubaki is just so cute!
