What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

The couple is a aspiring young actor debuting with a famous actor.
The manga has fantasy elements as the young actor is secretly a magic user. Their is a key plot point, where the young actors brother tries to break up the couple by hypnotising their manager to kill the famous actor (we know the brother plotted this because he gives the manager a specific knife)
