What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Hi!

We are Gakusei Scans, a Spanish scanlation group and from now on we'll be translating manga into English too. We want our translations to run as smoothly as possible, the problem is our translators have English as their second language so we need someone with great English grammar skills to correct their mistakes.
