I think the main character is a wanted killer/criminal of some sort, perhaps an assassin or professional thief, but everything about him was BLACK and he was like the silent stoic type that just carried thru with his orders and killed people mercilessly.
Near/at the end of the manga, I remember he is at some rich person's mansion most likely to steal or kill/assassinate him but he makes a mistake or something and the police (or his enemies) are on their way to kill him. He stumbles upon a blind girl (or she might've just been disabled but I think she was blind because while he held her hostage he helped her up the stairs at one point I remember) who is living in the mansion and uses her as a hostage and she agrees with very little resistance, even talking to him and quickly developing a connection to him because she cannot see him. (I thought it was so romantic).
At the end when he gets cornered (I think by a well?? not sure) and is about to get shot with gun, she leaps in the way and takes the bullet for him and I think they both end up dying and falling into the well I'm not sure... hope I'm not confusing it with another manga...
I THINK (THINK!!!!) the title contains the word black in it I'm not sure but I know for sure that it's a short title maybe 2 or 3 words and there aren't a ton of volumes just a decent amount of chapters (it's complete!).
But anyway it's a CRAZY good manga and I am driving myself crazy searching all over the internet for it!!! If anyone knows what it's called I'd really appreciate it!!!
