What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

I'm looking for a manga that only focus on the main character's wealth and the way they live their life and spend it.
It could be that an inheritance was just received and they find themselves with a bunch of money.
