I'll say Vampire Knight is on top of the list. Something about it didn't sit well with me in the first volume and I'm glad I've put the manga down after the first volume.

Special A was ok, but then it kinda got tired of the the reference of #2.

I like Ouran High and I do think the little drama makes it even better, but then again, it's my opinion

Midnight Secretary I like. Very few vampire stories keeps my attention and Midnight Secretary is one of them.

Perfect Girl Evolution was hilarious at first, but now it's dragging and I got tired of it.

Fruit Basket ?? Meh, it's ok. It's between like and dislike. Would I read it again. Of course not when I can read other mangas.

I really really liked Hana Kimi because of it's unique style of eyes (and the eyebrows), but somewhere along the way, it changed into a "cuter" style and then her unique style just got squashed out. >__<;; Storyline is a bit too long for my taste. Although I did enjoy Umeda's family the most (the doctor's family)

Strobe Edge might seem a bit boring since it's not that much drama compare to other mangas. The good point of Strobe Edge is that you don't hate the love rival (well, for me). Usually with most shoujo mangas, you end up hating the love rival and then the artist try to make a dramatic sad past for her. In this manga, it slowly introduce the idea of the girlfriend (love rival) and slowly show us that she can be lovable by fans and also struggling with her insecurities and uncertainties. For 10 volumes, it had a perfect beginning-climax-end story and I felt that it is just right. Not too long and not too short. If it is licensed in US, I'm collecting it.

Finally, Kimi ni Todoke in a sense is like Perfect Girl Evolution, but without the craziness and tons of fluffness between the boy and the girl. Also, it can be considered as slow for some readers. For me, it explores more than just the romance between the girl and the boy. It explores the friendship of the girls and other side characters. In fact, the side support characters felt like part of the main character that it would probably feel off if one of them is not in the picture.

I agree with some of you.. the first manga popped in my head is Vampire Knight.. it's just too difficult..
which i dunno why coz there is a friend of mine think it's great but i can't really get it.
beside that, The Wallflower another story which i don't get it.. i tried to read it once and i stuck in the first chapter.. (just dun get it)
Shinshi Doumei Cross i read it at the first chapter then i read the last chapter.. still don't intrigue me.
and some more which i don't like to talk about anymore.. *sigh* sad

Fruits Basket I personally can't find a single good thing about this manga. Tried to read it, got to fifth vol and dropped.

Anything by Yuu Watase, Shinjo Mayu, and Hwang Ma Ri. Also smut sucks. (Ikeyamada GO)
God I hate Shinjo Mayu. Her style, her stories...so disgusting and anticlimatic.

I also don't like:
Kaichou wa Maid-sama: I used to like it, but it's meh right now...
Black Bird: there's really nothing to it...it's just Kyou protecting her. She's so weak. This manga is really underdeveloped; only read it if you're horny.
Peach Girl: for obvious reasons.
Shugo Chara: so stupiddd, barely any romance
Life

Yokujou © Max: can't believe I actually read the whole thing...

special a - I even think it's one of the worst shoujos out there. I would call it: nothing's happening in 17 volumes!
tokyo crazy paradise - I kind of hated that.
kodomo no omocha
mars - sorry, too emotional, didn't like them both.
aishiteruze baby - I liked it, but don't think it deserve such a high score
Mademoiselle Butterfly - didn't like
w juliet - ugh, and the art...
Shinshi Doumei Cross was actually really terrible. too fluffy, I never knew what was going on. and it was impossible to tell the characters apart.

I could go on

Hmm... I think for me it's Bokura ga ita and D•N•Angel•. Everytimes i try to read the manga or even just watch the anime, i cant feel exciting. And what reason i know is because how the story goes is not something i can like so well. And about Vampire Knight, i couldnt say it was bad, but i couldnt really say it was good either. How the Love triangle goes or how the character is like, didnt really give me enough reason to like it. But still, i dare to read that manga because that Was populare. bigrazz Lol! And because that was talking about Vampire, so it can't be help. Peace

Hwang Ma Ri, her plots and endings are total Bulls***
Strobe Edge- The character is a piece of gum on a shoe, not to mention whiny as all heck none
Love Com- Way too much hype about this one, not to mention the fact that it is BORING
Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji - the guy needs a soul....
Watashi ni xx Shinasai! - Just... no no
Gakuen Alice - At first it was awesome, then the melodrama began...

Fushigi Yuugi... Seriously the most over-rated shoujo manga out there.
The girl is annoying, the romance is too fast and the author kills HALF of the main characters for no reason.
I hate the art too...

Strobe Edge I really didn't like it; felt it was way too similar to Crazy for You. A lot of the reverse harem anime like Kin'iro no Corda and Ouran Host Club.

"Vampire Night" and "Fruits Basket"

And honestly, pretty much anything with a weak-willed pushover, or worse, utterly personality-less, heroine. Yeah, I don't like a lot of the popular shoujo. --_--
