What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

So VIZ is launching the new manga by Rumiko Takahashi simultaneously with the Japanese release, so it was launched today

Kyōkai no Rinne in Japanese and
simply
RIN-NE in English
