Mario.

Consoles, since the games always work on them
and don't crash. The only OS that supports most of
the games is windoze, which suck anyway.
It's the tackiest OS there is and after 3 months all of the games
run at 2/3 speed. Consoles FTW. It is comfortable when I
can fix them with just a screwdriver.

I was a PC
Then a PC/Console
Now a Console converted.
I got tired of upgrading my pc and was throwing too much money away
supporting both PC & Console, so I ditched my outdated machine and said "console only and forever" 😀
PC hardware technology changes too quickly to be enjoyable.
PC, because most games I play require a mouse or would be too inconvenient to play without one.
And if consoles continue to get more versatile with every generation, they'll end up becoming PCs some day anyway.
Originally was a PC gamer...Doom, Raptor, Wing Commander.
SNES brought me over to the console and continued that way until the number of PS2 games decreased then went back to the PC.
After a year or two, The PC games' only good for multiplayer LAN party's which only happen once a month, and most of the time it's only use is doing work, reading manga, watching anime and browsing the net.
Until I get my hands on a PS3 or the PC gets some decent RPG games like Last Remnant, I've got nothing but my old PS1 and PS2 games I liked and want to replay.
So currently for consoles.
am among those that play in both fields. PC are the best for some games e.g. FPSes and consoles are the best for other games e.g. JRPGs 😀

Mostly PC for me since all my game consoles are at home for my siblings while I'm at college...

I don't think JRPGs come to PCs and that's mostly all I play... so yeah... I don't play PC games.
I have a Mac anyway

Pc's are the best! Currently I'm playing Assassin's Creed on Pc.
As for the consoles...I download emulators to play ps2 games.
The games run perfectly if you have a good Pc and it won't take long until there`s an emulator that can emulate ps3 games.
I won't buy consoles and games since I can play them for free on my pc.

Neither, I play Amiga 😀
No, honestly. I'm sooo outdated that I only own a Gameboy (Classic), a SNES (first model), a handful of older PC games and my beloved Amigas (500 and 1200) for gaming purpose.
Last year I started occasionally playing BL/Otome games on PC but other than that, I really don't feel like getting something new for gaming any time soon. I'm very happy just re-playing the old games or even wasting my time on very simple PC standard games (Frozen Bubbles <3) for several hours. But I'm not interested in big RPG's and whatever since my free time is eaten up by other stuff enough as it is >.>;
Though, I'm a big FF and DMC fan just for the graphics and stories. My fan collection is incredible huge and pretty much just missing... the games <.<
On the other hand, I do love roleplaying in the woods (Larp) and can sit hours with my kids playing a board games on the kitchen table. So I would vote for:
'Reallife -> Amiga -> PC -> Console'.
Does that count? 😛

PC with liberal doses of emulators (no$gba and pcsx2, namely). I don't have problems getting games working and build my own PC's for less than the current-gen console release prices.

well.. i swing both ways 😀
mainly PC, cause i use it for work, studying, talking and posting, movies, anime, manga, browse the net and stuff... mb occasional games, but not often..
my roommate has an xbox360 which we play quite often.. we burn the games ourselves so we have a lot of them and we can play them live.. which really makes it fun.. i still cant get enough of cod4 online)) all the games supporting co-op are more fun played together on a big tv, with something to drink in the hand)))
and i have my DS, when i want to play some elaborate jrpgs and unusual games requiring touch screen, and other awesome retro-style games.. i can always carryt it with me when i travel..
so all in all, i think it depends on the purpose for which you use pc, console or anything else...

The vast majority of the time I spend gaming is on the computer, but I do play a few console games (most of which are RPGs).
Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate 2, Baldur's Gate Throne of Baal, Starcraft, Age of Mythology, Guild Wars, Mount&Blade, and Portal were my favorite computer games.
Zelda 64, Mario 64, Legend of Dragoon, Chrono Trigger, and Chrono Cross were my favorite console games.
I've noticed that RTS games like Starcraft, AoM, and others can only really be experienced on a computer. The control and micro you can have over your units is vastly superior on a computer to a console for such games.
Console controls suck for FPS games too, except for perhaps the wii, but the computer can also have wireless control if you choose. IMO all non-Wii FPS games pale in comparison to their computer counterparts because of vastly superior controls.
Consoles do have some great RPGs though, which is mostly what I play them for.
