What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

I have some projects lined up from my library (very small), but I can't do them unless someone knows some kanji... Here are two of the projects...

.hack GU Doujinshi - ShinoxHaseo - Edge of the World (I added this one to Baka Updates)

And not to mention LOTS of projects still on my computer!
