Hey, I'm looking for - as the title might imply - delinquents doing fancy stuff with each other. I'm not talking about yakuza, but more high school (/drop outs) and that sort of stuff. Sadly I have only come across oneshots and not any real (/long) series. Don't have anything against shounen ai, but the more hardcore, the better.

Crystal Harem--The uke is a gem here. xD Recommended.
Houkago Men's Harem --Some of the characters are considered delinquents here, a really good read.
Suki Dakedo!--Prequel to the above.
Kimi no Naka de Nemurasete --A good read.
Ren'ai Koufukuron --Aw, this one was cute. And the seme is somewhat what you are looking for. ^-^
Love & Catastrophes --Kinda angsty, a few chapters deal with highschool delinquents. I quite enjoyed it.
Taka wo Kukurouka--Definetly what you are looking for, great oneshots here.
Kirai ja nai kedo --Sequel to I Want to be Naughty. So cute, one of my favorites.
Yatteraneeze! --Hmm, mixed about this one. It fits your criteria, and I liked it. You might enjoy this one because of the seme.
Kakenukerunara, Kienaidekure.--Great read, great smut, great stories. I suggest reading other works by the mangak as well.
Seiryou Saikyou Monogatari --Highly recommended. the uke is awesome, and the story just really keeps you hooked throughout the ending.
Renai Junkie --Also highly recommended. A great story. Both uke and seme are what you may consider delinquish? XD
Paraphrase--Very smutty, but it has some hs delinquents. Many actually. Lots of smut.
