What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Theres this guy who takes the night class at uni and lives alone. Theres a building next to his and theres a window whose curtain is just showing a small space, like the spaces between the curtains. And from that room a girl from the same uni lives. Shes been taking photos of the guy. I just remembered reading this series now i cant remember the title. Thanks in advance!!
