I think the manga was about a group of boy in middle school or maybe first year high school(the boys don't look tall and quite short), they all group of unpopular boys that called nerds/perverts by the girls.

So i think the boys are discussing one of their girl classmates which was very tomboy and scary, she will yell and hit them if they stare at her or others girls. They then talking about past where one of the boy try to pull pranks , the boy try to pull her gym short at P.E class down to show her panties and embrassed her. But no, he pulled her short to hard and her panties got pulled too, and it show her naked lower body and all people there watching it.

The boy got punched hard, the girl was so mad and after that the boy always afraid on her and people begin avoiding him especially the girl.

btw deep inside the group of boy want a girlfriend, they are'nt really that bad to be honest, and one of them seems dating a school idol from another school but he keep it secret or they will kill him lol.

it was nearly similar to wagatsuma san manga, but the boy here are not that crazy or weird comparing to the boy in wagatsuma san.

i think the manga just normal ecchi manga , with the boy adventure of finding love.
