What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)

[m]I;m looking for a japanese raw manga site where they post their raws firstly... i dunno which is the biggest manga site.. can anybody help me about.. i need to find some mangas... cry

(Modified 08/27/10) DO NOT ask where to download manga. Asking for download sites is the same as asking for download links. Asking where to read manga online is ALSO the same as asking for downloads. We are an information site and NOT a download site. You need to find it on your own. Read this for some reasons why.
