Man, I remember when I first joined MU, I had just gotten off dial-up and while my internet was still slow as molasses (I literally brought a book to the computer room and read it while waiting for pages to load), it was still a treat not to have to reconnect the internet whenever my grandma decided to use the phone. (And, yes, I was one of those rare kids who still had dial-up into 2008... My mom still used floppy disks back then.) I used a flip/slide phone up until 2013 too, so I guess our family is just really slow on the technological updates.
On that note, while an updated MU design would be great, I'm still fond of MU's current design. It was one of the few sites that loaded with little problems back when I was on (extremely slow) DSL.

And the site still looks as ancient as it ever did (not a bad thing ?). Kinda hoping nothing changes aesthetics wise but at the same time a revamp would be nice. Its a pretty conflicting feeling. Looking forward to looking back again 14 years from now!
