What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I'm looking for a translator for / someone interested in collaborating with me on finishing Sailor Fuku, Tokidoki Apron.

It's already been scanlated up to volume 3, chapter 31, which leaves us with chps 32 and 33 to finish that volume and then volume 4 which will complete the series. I'm an editor and will handle everything but the translation and I already have all the raws to complete the project.
